Dress
Each participant must wear shoes for both approach and climbing (no heels or inadapted shoes, recommended high shoes). It is recommended to bring a light backpack containing : drink, snacks, facial tissues, warm and / or waterproof clothing, sunglasses and sunscreen if necessary. Short is not recommended.
Environment
The climbing sites, especially in the Verdon Regional Nature Park are fragile places that we are not alone in frequenting. Participants in outings must ensure to:
be discreet, so as not to disturb other users of the site and allow good communication, security pledge.
do not throw stones
leave with all their waste
cover their natural needs and take care not to put them in places sheltered from bad weather (caves)
avoid plant picking and, as a general rule, to behave in a manner that is respectful of the environment and other users.
Helmet
The wearing of the helmet, properly ajusted is mandatory throughout the course of the activity.
To remember
Remember to report any medical problems (asthma, disability, etc.), if any, special precautions to take with certain people and those who do not wish to be photographed under the exercise of their image's right.
To avoid
Long hair not attached (risk of jamming in belay equipment); loose clothing that could get caught in the belay device, conceal a lack of belay or roping; rings (finger injuries).
